We had another doctor's appointment today. Everything is going well and seems to be right on track. We got the results of the two ultrasounds/tests that were done. Both the nuchal translucency and anatomy scan results were normal. My weight gain is on track, blood pressure is good, and so far I've had no swelling. I'm still not feeling Jackson move, which usually starts around week 20 (I'm almost 22 weeks), but that's explained because I have an anterior placenta. In other words the placenta is in the front of my uterus with the baby behind it, so I won't feel the baby as early. It was very reassuring to hear the heartbeat today because of that though. One of my next visits to the doctor will include the glucose tolerance test to see if I have gestational diabetes. I'm not really looking forward to that one...
